COVID-19: Latest Update

On the 23rd March the Government announced that shops selling non-essential items should close to help limit the spread of COVID-19, but online retailers could continue to sell and deliver to consumers confined to home.

My courier services are currently still operating as normal and delivery drop off points (eg post offices, convenience stores etc) are still open for me to send orders. I am regularly monitoring this situation and will update you as I become aware of any postal or delivery delays.

To ensure I adhere to the guidelines on minimum travel and social distancing, I will only be visiting these drop off points twice a week. Therefore, please note that this will affect my normal delivery timescales so I would appreciate your patience as I process your order.

If your order is urgent please email me and I will do my best to despatch as soon as I can.

Many small businesses are struggling to keep running through the Coronavirus crisis. Some of my suppliers have temporarily closed or are running on reduced staffing levels. I can't physically hold stock for every item I sell, so if I'm struggling to source a particular item for your order then I will contact you immediately to explain the situation and offer you a refund.

I will continue to update this page as the situation develops. In the meantime thank you so much for your patience and understanding as we all navigate these challenging days.

Stay safe and let's all be kind to each other.
